Facilities at the Villa

These are the facilities in and around the Il Vigneto villa. If you want to know anything else about the villa or the surrounding area, please do not hesitate to ask us.

Leisure Equipment
There is TV which receives English language stations, also mini hi- fi system including CD player, plus CDs, plenty of books, and a selection of local tourist literature, guides maps.

Kitchen Equipment
There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, Iron Gas hob, and electric oven with grill. Crockery for nine is supplied, as are plenty of kitchen utensils. A welcome pack of local produce will be awaiting you in the villa at no extra charge.

Laundry Equipment
There is a washing machine but no tumble drier. Clothes will dry quickly in the warm Italian climate.

Linen and towels
Bed linen, towels etc are all provided. However, guests are advised to bring their own towels for swimming etc. If you are staying for more than one week, bed linens and towels will be changed each weekend.

Local Transport
You will need a car as there are no local buses. The nearest village, Gualdo, is approximately 3km away and Sarnano is approximately 8km away.

Facilities in Sarnano
Supermarkets and larger shops can be found in Sarnano.

Telephones
You will be able to use your mobile phones at the villa.

Power Supplies
The Italian mains supply is 220 volt and compatible with most UK equipment such as hair driers, lap top computers etc. However, Italian plugs use rounded pins so you will need to bring a suitable adapter.
