Rates

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, arrival time 4.00pm, departure time 10.00am. The balance plus an additional breakage deposit of £100 per week of rental is payable 8 weeks before the period of rental. The breakage deposit will be refunded promptly after the rental period less any amount due for breakages or excess cleaning.

Rates for 2009

These charges are all inclusive. It includes the cost of all utilities, mains water, gas and electricity, central heating, lighting and cooking.
