The Exterior

Il Vigneto faces south west in a delightful peaceful valley giving glorious views in both the summer and winter. The grounds are bordered by mature trees to the north and east and include a small productive vineyard to the front of the house.

The villa has its own private pool which can be used day or night between April and September. The pool is 14 metres by 7 meters. The depth at the shallow end is 1.2 metres dropping to 1.8 metres at the deep end.

The portico terrace faces south, overlooking the mountains. It is shaded during the day and is delightful for dining outdoors in the evening.
