Il Vigneto is a charming 17th century farmhouse recently fully restored to the highest standards with many original features. Il Vigneto's four bedrooms sleep up to 9. The property is located in a peaceful valley, well away from other properties, in grounds of about 2/3 acre on a south-west facing slope with magnificent views of the Sibillini mountains, part of the Sibillini Mountains National Park.

The house features an impressive pool, 14m by 7m with extensive shallow end (1.2m) for suitable for children (under adult supervision), easy access via roman steps, and maximum depth of 1.8m for confident swimmers.

Whether looking for a villa for a restful vacation, or a base for a more active holiday, Il Vigneto has a lot to offer. Located in Italy's Le Marche region, Il Vigneto is within easy reach of airports at Ancona (1hr and 15m), Pescara (1hr 45m), and Rome (3hrs 30 m), all served by Ryanair. Flights are also available to Rome from Easyjet.

Il Vigneto is a five minute drive from the village of Gualdo with a range of shops and services available, and fifteen minutes from the town of Sarnano which has supermarkets, and a regular market.

The immediate area has countless pictureque hill top villages and small towns which provide a wide range of cultural and sightseeing interest as well as a good choice of local restaurants. Assisi, Ascoli Piceno, Macerata and Loreto are within easy distance.

There are limitless opportuities for walking and hiking to suit all amid stunningly beautiful rolling countryside and the mountains of the Sibillini National Park.
